The CardioChek Professional Analyzer is predominantly sold to Doctors, Clinics and Wellness Companies. Many patients go to the Clinics in Clicks and DisChem for tests performed using the CCPA and claim from their medical aids. However, patient focus, the local supplier of the device says that the device is also available to individuals. I met with Zella Du Toit on a trip to Cape Town. She kindly performed a Chol test using the device confirming that my Niacin supplement was working. Niacin boosts HDL or good cholesterol while lowering LDL or bad cholesterol.
